About us

Marrow & Motive designs and sells physical mystery case products for home and group play, shipped within India.

Orders and acceptance

Placing an order on this site is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, or orders that appear to be for bulk resale or distribution rather than personal use — in which case any payment already taken will be refunded in full.

Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.

Product content and use

Each case is a work of fiction. Any persons, businesses, institutions, places, or events depicted are entirely fictitious, and any resemblance to real people or events is coincidental. Nothing in this product should be interpreted as factual information, real investigative material, or documentation of any actual event. Product contents are intended for personal, non-commercial use by the purchaser and their group of players, and may not be reproduced, resold, or redistributed, in whole or in part, without our written permission.

Photographic images of persons in this file are AI generated; no image is of a real individual.

Site photography is representative of the product. Minor variations in color, paper stock, or print finish between site photos and the physical product you receive are not grounds for refund or replacement.

Our products are suggested for ages fourteen and over, unless otherwise stated on the individual product page.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Marrow & Motive harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of our products or this website, or your violation of these terms.

Entire agreement

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund & Cancellation Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Marrow & Motive regarding your order, superseding any prior understanding on the same subject.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
