Shipping Policy

We currently ship within India only.

Dispatch time

Orders are dispatched within 3–4 business days of payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, delivery is handled by our courier partner. Transit time depends on your location and courier network conditions, so we don't promise a fixed number of days — you'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships, and delivery estimates from that point are the courier's own.

Delivery attempts

Our courier will typically make 2–3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, your package may be held at a local pickup point or returned to sender. If it's returned and needs to be reshipped, reshipment may carry an additional charge.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charges applicable to your order are shown at checkout before payment.

Tracking your order

You'll receive an email with your tracking number and courier link as soon as your case is on its way.

Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to courier network disruptions, weather, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the tracked estimate, contact us and we'll follow up with the courier on your behalf.
